• Maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and insurance as required by their industry

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Subscription Tiers:

• Faith Partner: $19 per month - Standard directory listing, business contact info, operating hours, and basic analytics
• Kingdom Builder: $49 per month - Featured search placement, verified trust badge, full photo and video gallery, and priority search ranking

Payment Terms:

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• Payments are processed automatically on your billing date
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard
• Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• Cancellations must be made through your dashboard before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your listing and account.

6. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on TheTrueStone.com:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive business practices
• Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or contrary to Christian values
• Illegal activities or services
• Spam, unsolicited communications, or harassment
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Attempts to circumvent platform fees or policies
• Use of automated systems to scrape or access our platform without permission

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of your account without refund.
